  • Do you sell & install equipment or hardware?

    We do not sell or install hardware. We do, however, partner with a large group of trusted industry professionals that offer hardware integration services.

  • What type of collaborative solutions can you provide to my organization?

    We can design and manage conference rooms, auditoriums, common areas, classrooms, training facilities and other public spaces. We simplify your experience with our custom user interfaces, AV software, and other intuitive technologies at a competitive price.

  • After the software is deployed, what type of support do you offer?

    We offer onsite commissioning to ensure your system works to your specifications, as intended. When problems with software or other issues arise, we offer remote and onsite support to fit our your needs.

  • How do you determine what services to recommend when designing a custom AV solution?

    We custom design your collaboration and meeting room environments based on your needs and your budget, using a phased approach, when necessary, to meet your needs.

  • How long does the programming and deployment process take?

    Timing of your programming and deployment is unique to individual project specifications. Usually we can accommodate a reasonable schedule and work with our end users to deploy their systems in as little as a week. This is, however; not always the case as we prefer not to rush our process as it could affect the seamless transition to your new AV system.

  • What type of documentation and training do I receive after installation and certification?

    You will receive complete closeout documentation, including; detailed project specifications, a well documented equipment list, and a control narrative/ training manual. You will also have access to our collaboration system with all applicable software downloads. We have a variety of custom-tailored support and training resources to help you get the most out of your software and touch displays.
